Usually very lightly staffed these days. I am partial to the 2-prepacked quarts deal they run. They have a huge menu of every thing from plain ice cream on a sugar cone to specialty shakes and smoothies. The ice cream cakes are good for special occasions if a bit pricey. Highly recommend the chocolate fudge and chocolate peanut butter ice cream flavors.

"The quality of the ice cream remains consistently great, but this place could use some improvements. The air conditioning needs to be fixed or turned on for the comfort of both customers and staff. It's also not possible to enjoy your ice cream inside unless you stand, as the chairs are all stacked. Additionally, a large table in front of the checkout counter creates a barrier, making it hard to hear and place your order."

The ice cream was absolutely delightful! I had a Gold Medal Ribbon cone, while my husband enjoyed a hot fudge sundae. The ice cream is consistently delicious, but I have to credit part of this positive experience to the young man who served us. He was exceptionally polite and very skilled at his job. When I made a special request for my ice cream, he was attentive and ensured I got exactly what I wanted. Despite being the only staff member in the shop, he listened to each customer and fulfilled their requests perfectly. I was really impressed by his service! If only I knew his name, I would happily mention it here. Baskin-Robbins is always a reliable choice when you're craving ice cream. No matter how tempting frozen yogurt may be, nothing compares to the creamy, delicious ice cream at Baskin-Robbins!
