El chef Santi Santamaría ha creado un pequeño imperio culinario, con el restaurante ubicado en el centro de Sant Celoni. Aunque la decoración no es su punto fuerte, la comida es excelente. Santamaría ha sabido combinar la cocina creativa con ingredientes tradicionales, como las setas locales. En Can Fabes se come de lujo, la carta de vinos es extensa y los precios son acordes a la calidad. Es un lugar para vivir experiencias, donde es común ver a políticos y artistas. Recomiendo visitarlo si tienes la oportunidad.
