Food was soggy and cold also we ordered 2 burrito and they made them wrong to our explanation this is the 2nd time with this place not a good place for doordash. Dashers have to wait in long drive-thru lines

No drink or sauce. Cheese sauce provided for the fries is very little.

Updated: so yesterday I went between 6:00 and 7:00 clock (4/22/22) for a simple order of two white hot ranch burritos and a water. when it was my time to order, the young lady who took mine was barely audible, I had to repeat myself just to order the one away, but she said to move forward anyway. when I came to the order, she told me $3.95 and I was immediately confused; that's too much. I'm waiting for two white hot burritos? she said, no, I understand that the company policy has worked with several managers, and since I could not commission them without bringing an order to the way, I told her I will be back. After three cars were finished before me, command to put my orders for another burrito. I said the dame to talk to me, a white hot burrito, and that will be debated, and she tells me okay when I got into the register, I was considered with confusion, and this time it was someone else who took my payment. I said to this other lady that I ordered a white hot burrito, and the ones who took my command to stand behind her said, "You didn't just order one? to whom I said calmly, yes, I wanted two of them, so I am again for the other I don't like to make such reviews on a chain restaurant that gave me previously extraordinary service; but this customer experience was terrible, and I must point out. make sure that their employees are audible in the future, make sure they do not say that they move forward before they can even see their order on the screen, and if their employees make a mistake, they will at least inform them to apologize, especially in the face of the company's order policy. Otherwise, eating was great. accepted, everyone will be better, and everything else stays good, another adjustment will be made for review. update: the last visits were excellent, the customer service listened to actiw, was polite and efficient step. my assessment for this situation went from 2 to 4 stars.

Service was the best part, large crew works there very friendly, much positive personality. the eating was a little unfairly made no acidic seeing on a highest tacos, such something. the atmosphere was crowded, I think they have packed too many tables in it.

I always came here after school to play magic the gathering with the homies. Although we have been accused by the workers on a handful of occasions (even after the purchase of food and drinks) that only happened a few times in the course of about 7 years, I came to this place. our eating has always come fast and never had a mistake. I want to come here many years!
