フィードバックを提供するI have been coming to this place since it opened, and I am consistently impressed by the friendly service, the precision of my drinks, and the high quality of the coffee. My drinks are always ready quickly, and I truly appreciate the warmth of the staff in this busy environment.
Unfortunately, I won't be returning. The lines are always long, and the service is slow and inconsistent. Today, we waited in line only to find out that they don't serve lattes. Why was there still a sign advertising lattes? Where were the announcements indicating that lattes weren't available at this time?
I encountered an unpleasant experience at this restaurant today. While speaking with a staff member in Spanish, I ordered a latte and was asked if I needed a translator. I was taken aback and replied that I did not need one. It felt quite insulting, especially since I am bilingual. I believe it's important for the staff to be trained and understand that just because a customer speaks Spanish does not mean they are not fluent in English as well.
The customer service is terrible. I asked for my cream to be warmed because they put so much it makes your hot coffee cold. She told me it would be a upcharge. Only at this location.
I live a mile away from this SR46 Starbucks. Lately I have been driving to Lake Mary or Longwood locations to get a decent coffee or drinks. Management need to be replaced.
