MÉxico 1800 Traditional Kitchen Tequila (formerly Alebrije)

This place has the most authentic Mexican food around better than Agave Azul !!!!!! The owner John was so hospital and friendly !!!!!

I always enjoy coming here. At times, service is a little off, and they forget to offer refills. The food is delicious, though.

It was our first experience when my husband and I visited this local Mexican restaurant. The gentleman that assisted us recommended the birria tacos. They did not disappoint! The dish was very flavorful and the homemade chips and salsa was fresh. During our visit, Ms.Gina came to our table to welcome us and recommended a few other dishes to try on our next visit. The customer service experience we received was impeccable. We will definitely be returning back to try other dishes soon.

The food was authenticly Mexican with fresh ingredients and homemade flavor.They allowed me to try the hotter sauces, and they were flavorful and spicy.Our server was quite friendly but overwhelmed with too many tables and more customers than anyone one person could manage.The manager or owner stepped up and helped showing excellent leadership.Highly recommend for excellent quality Mexican, not Tex-Mex, New Mexican, or Cal-Mex food.

Come here frequently for dinner. The service is always incredible, and they have the best Mexican food in Sanford. The loaded fries are to die for and the Birria is out of this world. Definitely will continue to come back. Erik was our server and he was very friendly and attentive.
