フィードバックを提供するI ordered an iced coffee with milk. That?s it and it took 15 minutes. Everyone who ordered behind me got their drinks first and lost of their drinks included espresso shots and other time consuming add ins. I was finally asked what I was waiting on and it took 5 seconds. On top of that it?s not even good. Ridiculous. You?re better off going to Dunkin? Donuts.
1. An employee almost plowed over me at the entrance. We made eye contact in plenty of time. But as I opened the door he lowered his shoulder kept coming. After he passed (damn near spun me around) I got a very dry sorry. 2. My usual coffee was poorly flavored hot water. The store is clean, has plenty of seating, has a decent customer flow, most staff was nice, but I doubt I'll be back.
The manager Kayla is extremely rude. They refused in cafe purchases and would only serve the drive through. What if you don?t have a car? You have to stand outside in the car line to order? that?s ridiculous and they have bad customer service.
It was difficult to order because they didn?t seem to be listening. They were out of hot drink cups. They handed a drink to us with liquid all over the outside of the cup. We got decent coffee but it wasn?t a great Starbucks experience.
This Starbucks always gets my order wrong, never has my order ready and constantly is out of everything in the app even though they have it in store. It?s unfortunate that this is the closest one to my house because it is truly a terrible experience going here. Last time I went I did an app order and waited nearly half an hour for drinks. They weren?t ready when I came in and they announced everyone?s name except mine and when I asked the girl at the front of my drinks were ready she shrugged and said ?I?m working drive thru? and another customer who had just walked in said ?oh I think I saw your name up there? and the barista behind the counter proceeded to laugh at me. Pretty embarrassing and rude?
