As for the taste of the tofu, it was quite different; it had a strong flavor from the Italian dressing it was marinated in. While that tasted delicious on its own, it didn’t feel like a Tex-Mex option and it's not something I would choose to eat again. So, fair warning: the meat is likely to be seasoned differently as well. On a positive note, the bowls are compostable, which is fantastic, given that we know they don’t separate waste properly at the store. However, the cups are made entirely of plastic, which means they are fully recyclable, unlike the wax paper products that have to go in the trash. Overall, I had a good experience and I'm hopeful they will incorporate more professional elements into their regular shops. I would also suggest not changing the tofu recipe because otherwise, I might not return to Moe's again.

Great Moe's! This location has undergone a complete makeover. The exterior shield is smaller now, and the colors have been toned down, making it easy to miss if you're not paying attention. The interior has been renovated as well, but it still offers all the delicious options you expect. The menu on the wall has a fresh design, but the offerings haven't changed much. The chips are now conveniently packaged in bags at the salsa station. Today, the place was bustling, but the service was quick and efficient, the food was tasty, and everything was neat and clean. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Fantastic service, great portions and friendly crew. This situation last year has actually brought it a game. In October 2018 it was completely renovated. New look, new theme and new food! Sure, the same old favorites are still there (new names). The new pages Mac 'n Queso Street Corn and more really gives Moe 's one leg on the other places nearby. Like I said, the crew is super friendly. I was sure they were so friendly just because they had seen me so often. No, they're so nice to everyone! If you are in Sandy Springs, this is really the place to stop and get food! They are also open later!

Our company placed a large order today for our firm. We placed the order online but it came up with an error. We called the location and spoke with the manager, Pete. He was so accommodating and personable. Turns out, the order processed just fine. Very little wait time. The whole staff was great and the food was awesome. We will definitely order from Moe's Sandy Springs again!
