Hardee's - Sandy Springs

If you're looking to make a substitution or change your order, be aware that the manager, Rob, may dictate your options. I found him to be quite rude during my experience. I specifically cannot eat red meat, yet I was told what I was allowed to order instead. It seems they are not well-informed about their own policies.

I really enjoy eating at Hardee's. The food has excellent taste, and the staff is wonderful—very friendly. I've never received the wrong order here.

"I decided to grab a quick bite since there was no line at the drive-thru. Upon reaching my destination and taking the first bite of my burger, I was hit by a terrible smell. It was so unpleasant that I wanted a refund. The only way to get my money back, however, was to return the burger. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with terrible service!"

Absolutely baffling. This Hardee's location won't last more than a year. Pulled up at Drive Thru and the order taker could be barely be heard. I ordered a 5 piece tender combo and a 6 piece jalapeno poppers, no sauce. I pulled up, paid, and was told to pull up and they'll bring my order to me. What? From the time i paid to the time i got my food was ten minutes. In the mean time 3 more cars came through, and the woman working drive through actually went out to the car behind me, opened up the trunk of the car, and the passenger's seat, in order to get something out of the person's vehicle. This is utterly incomprehensible and I have to assume the two are friends. It is nice to know that their priorities are their own personal business and not taking care of customers. I drove off and of course, they included Ranch. I did not want sauce since I'd be driving. Considering the order took well over 13 minutes from placement to receipt, you'd think that i would have gotten fresh fries. Nope, they were primarily heated by the other items i got and mostly flaccid. The only, and I mean ONLY reason this experience doesn't get 1 star is because i wound up with 6 tenders (although some were pretty small), and 8 jalapeno poppers. For fast food, this is a joke. I've had full restaurant meals come out faster and i can sit somewhere nicer than inside my own car burning fuel.
