Alex H, the cashier, demonstrated impressive skill in managing the situation. He handled the chaos expertly, while showing great respect towards his colleagues. It's important to maintain professionalism in the workplace, and negative behavior towards customers should not be tolerated. On a positive note, the food was fantastic!
Absolutely awful customer service. We were overlooked for nearly 30 minutes, and a few customers even left in frustration. It felt like they were prioritizing larger orders over smaller ones, no matter when they were placed. When we tried to inquire about a pizza we ordered an hour earlier, we were ignored yet again. This has been one of the worst pizza experiences I've had in years. We will not be returning.
Not great, but out there is worse. I need to go home to remember why I don't go more often. Employees never seem to be happy (unimportant, what situation, and honestly, you cannot accuse them), vouchers and offers usually have to be ordered online. I forgot this part and had to order with my phone when the employee was in front of me and couldn't help. Somehow I chose a location other than the one I was, so only 7 minutes went to the other place.
I would have given 5 stars but on this particular trip I went in to pick up my order after receiving an email telling me it was ready and the portal number. When I arrived 10 minutes later it was not ready. When I had asked how long for my order they told me another 20 minutes. They said that they got a large order after mine that they were trying to fulfill. I just wish that they won't send the email to tell you to come get your food before your food is ready. In a couple of the employees working felt put out when I asked like I should just deal with it and not ask questions and just take it when it comes. It will definitely be a while before I go back if I ever go back.
