フィードバックを提供するI recently ordered from this restaurant for pickup through the Domino's app. I received a pickup time frame of about 45 minutes for my order to be ready. However, about 60 minutes after placing my order, the app still showed my order as prepared, when in fact it had not even started. I decided to go into the restaurant to inquire and was told it would be another 45 minutes or so. Despite the staff appearing busy, the phone rang constantly with no one answering it. Another customer also experienced difficulty getting through on the phone. I finally received my order about 65 minutes after my estimated pickup time. I hoped this was just a one-time issue, but when I ordered again two days later through the app, I encountered the same problem. Despite the tracker showing my order as prepared 5 minutes before my estimated pickup time, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes inside the store. The only positive aspect was that the staff promptly processed my cancellation request. It seems there is a lack of organization and communication at this establishment that leads to delays and frustration for customers.
I absolutely adore the pizzas at this restaurant! Instead of getting delivery from a local business, I prefer to pick up my pizza from this place in the neighboring city. The ingredients are always fresh, the crust is never burnt, and even with extra cheese, it's never overwhelming. The amount of cheese they add is just right. In comparison, my local pizzeria always gives me a pizza that is old, cold, and lacking in cheese. They are truly terrible. I am so grateful for this location on 700 E, it's delicious!
I placed an order for my pizza at 5:38 through their online app, which stated that my order would be ready by 6:34. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 and was informed that my order would be delayed by another 30 minutes. When I returned at 7:08, my pizza still hadn't been started. The employee suggested that I could come back and help make the pizza myself. I was frustrated and decided to cancel my order. Waiting two hours for a meal is unacceptable, especially for a pizza from Domino's.
Probably my so far worst experience with dominos pizza. I wouldn't go into the load if my life depends on it. service is absolutely terrible. our food appeared an hour and a half after our order. when our food was delivered, it was cold and we missed two of our sides. I tried to stop the supplier who wanted to continue. After the man who had waited for 22 minutes, he immediately knew that we missed our pages and advised me that they could deliver them in 4 minutes. we have waited for more than 30 minutes for our pages. To be honest, this is only terrible customer service and management should look into the creation of more reliable people.
I think if they deserve a tip, the website shouldn't have to ask for one during checkout. I think people need to earn a tip first, I think attitude and people skills are what earnsa tip, not just because they are working a job. I have been in the service industry for over 50 years and would rarely get a tip. Try having a better attitude next time and you'll get a tip as they didn't see it on the slip as I was paying cash
