Why did it close? What happened to Cold Stone Creamery?

Please update the hours on the website. We arrived at the restaurant and the posted hours indicated that they were open until 10 PM. However, it was only 8 PM and the doors were already closed. It appears that the restaurant may not have been open for business recently.

My family was excited to get ice cream on a Saturday night. We arrived at 9pm and saw that the open sign was on, indicating that they close at 11pm. However, we were unexpectedly kicked out and told that they were closed. This was quite annoying!

My friend and I stopped by this restaurant for ice cream before heading to the movies. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the unsanitary experience we had. The staff member who was preparing our ice cream was talking to her friend and, at one point, drooled on the mixing stone. She simply wiped it off with her glove and continued working on our order. This lack of hygiene left us feeling disgusted and unsatisfied. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this establishment. The staff clearly needs more training, especially for a place that serves food.

The ice cream was good, but the spelling and attention to detail on cake orders was lacking. They misspelled "birthday" as "Bithday." I will not be ordering birthday cakes from there again.
