Baskin-robbins - Sandy

Our family has enjoyed the Fudgenut Cake for many years, but unfortunately, the last two times we purchased it, we noticed it was about half the height of the cakes we've had in the past. They've increased the price while decreasing the size, just like many other businesses these days! Paying $31.00 for something that's only half of what we used to get for around $24.00 feels unreasonable. Additionally, we asked for the Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream, but twice in a row, we received vanilla instead! I reached out to them, and they assured me they would resolve the issue, but I never heard back. Way to lose customers—definitely not impressed! The cake itself was less than 2 inches tall, whereas it used to be just under 4, and it looked uneven, almost as if a child had decorated it!

Great location, friendly staff! All the employees were super helpful and just happy to help. I will definitely be back when some waffle cone action is needed.

Though a bit on the expensive side, what isn’t these days? I've been visiting BR for decades. It’s not my top pick, but their consistency is commendable. The food is good, even if it always feels a bit frozen. The establishment appears well-managed. They offer cakes, serve treats in cones and cups, and can whip up a sundae with bananas. There’s a variety of toppings for their creations. There's nothing I dislike about this place, nor is there anything I feel I can't live without. I know this review might not really guide anyone in making a decision, but sometimes I just enjoy sharing my thoughts.
