Great Lakes Grinders - Sandusky

This place never disappoints! This is a great addition to the downtown area and the Shoreline Park. The sandwiches are made with such precision and care and the employees are always so nice, even on the days they are so busy. You always let me feel like the only customer? this place is a certain must when you are in the city center!

We have lunch from Grinders today. My wife has the turkey club and I have the Italian. It was absolutely incredible! The bread was fresh, the meat and all the vegetables upstairs were perfect. I like bread especially. We're never disappointed, we can't wait to go back. Thank you.

Great food and a great park to eat outside! Watch Canadian Geese. It's worth it.

An awesome place that the locals go to. This is truly a hidden gem, as you have to search a little to find it. But once you do, you will keep going back. Their grinders are HUGE and are really flavorful. The sides are a nice compliment to the grinder, but the sandwich is the star here. The Italian and the Mackinac Meatball are my two faves. If you are anywhere near downtown Sandusky, find Great Lakes Grinders. You'll be happy you did.

We stumbled across this sandwich shop while in town for a baseball tournament. It?s located in a beautiful park setting. There?s a great selection of grinders, very fresh ingredients, very tasty sandwiches. I highly recommend checking it out.
