Chili's Grill - Sandusky

Our waitress was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu. She was very friendly and even with the mask on you could tell she was smiling. I definitely will come back for a visit in the future. Our table was clean and the next couple was seated away from where we were sitting.

They have yummy salads ????, our waitress was super friendly, great service, plenty selections I think if you vegetarian.

Started the evening off with a wait when half the tables were empty. We get to the table and see server after server go by with no one stopping at our table. Only after speaking to a manager were we able to get our order taken. Salads were brought but nosilverware to eat with. After 15 minutes, the friendly host was able to get us some. Asked a passing server for some, but shenever brought them. Server didn?t return for any drink refills during dinner. She only came by to drop off salad and to enterthe bill in the machine on the table. Overall a very poor dining experience and I wouldn?t go back and certainly wouldn?trecommend anyone wasting their time at this establishment.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Just a heads-up: there’s an extra charge of $2 for the ribs when you order the smokehouse platter. It wasn't a big deal for me since I would have gotten them regardless, but I wasn’t aware of the additional cost. Overall, I’ve always enjoyed the food at Chili's!

I loved it! Robert was an excellent server, and the meal was delicious. The menu was concise, and we appreciated that we could keep our utensils and straws throughout the meal (they provided spoons for our shared cheesecake). I also noticed that tables were cordoned off and sanitized after each meal, which added to the overall positive experience.
