Casey's - Sandstone

I visited on September 30, 2023, at 5 PM and encountered a couple of issues. First, there were no lids available for the coffee cups, which was a bit frustrating. I then went to the counter to pay for my items, where I was met by a very unfriendly cashier. She had been pleasant to her friends who were ahead of me but was quite curt when it was my turn. I'm not sure what changed, but I miss the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Sandstone Casey's that I’ve enjoyed over the past few years. The shift in service over the past couple of months has been disappointing. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 and the atmosphere a 1.

This review focuses on their chicken wings and pizza. The bone-in chicken served with ranch dip is fantastic! The chicken is of excellent quality and has a wonderfully crispy coating. I also thought the hamburger pizza with onions on a thin crust was exceptionally crafted. Overall, it was excellent! Meal Type: Dinner Price per Person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Incredible pizza! It's a small store that isn't typically very crowded. They offer gas, snacks, chicken, pizza, and other items made fresh daily. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 4/5.

Relatively clean. The employees are kind and however the manager i think, is rude. He was yelling at an employee while I was there with my family. Then scolded me like a child after I threw away a bag of trash (I already have gotten the okay from multiple other employees from previous times and this time). Its good to have a small town gas station when there is kindness. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Got there are 5:02. 3 employees surrounded in a cloud of tobacco smoke. Priorities I guess. I won't come here anymore. I'll just make my own coffee. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
