Ban?s is amazing! The staff is so sweet and the pizza is amazing!

Absolute love Babs always tastes great, but I was very disappointed by the service I experienced today. I went around 12:40ish and there was only another couple waiting for their food. The nice young man took my order, which was a salad(big) and a sequence of garlic knots. About 15 more children come in (one hour from school) and the young man took all their orders. I wait and wait and wait to think? ll be served in front of all these children, considering that I have ordered something simple and before they did. Well, I was wrong, they served every single child their pizza, they ate everything, and they cleaned their table and drove back to school before I even got my salad. She was very chatty and unfocused today, and sometimes that happens and I get that, but I didn't get my food until 1:20. That was time to wait for a salad and some knots! I loved the salad it amazing and the pizza is good, but if you don't have time to wait, BABS is not the place to go.

Definitely has SOME of the desired east coast/tri-state flavor... apparance.. but waaaaay too much sauce and SO undercooked..also... and ... no 2 for 20-25 pies like home..typical Idaho high prices I guess)... the upside of undercooked, is that you can get home and cook it right /reheat without over cooking ..so...that works out great for takeout..... Will probably try again, depending on my desire to pay 45 for 2 pies again,.vs my cravings..... but will definitely be asking for less sauce...... plus side?... probably the closest thing to a pie from home NJ) available up here...

Order my pizza at 3:00. I was here at 6:00 and paid and was told it was a few minutes. I sat there for 15 minutes, then an employee asked me what pizza I waited for. He continued, oh it's here, buried 3 boxes among other pizzas, then tried to recharge me! Why would I sit there while my pizza gets cold? I tried to shoot this place again, and I really should have done it. If you wait forever, give it an attempt, otherwise not even disturb. Very disappointing and never again will I eat here!

Only your cakes had a handful of times and really enjoyed them. However, the treatment of your staff has left a bad taste in my mouth. Entrepreneurs may not know this particularly with health concerns, but workers really do their best (of course not night team that is common everywhere). A good owner would know. A good owner would be there to help if business did not substaffed blame others. Everything? ve done instead is ruin your chances from each one up here try your cakes. Let alone find anyone who wants to work for you. I don't want to work so flat for someone.
