Taco Bueno - Sand Springs

My husband ordered 3 Big Freakin Tacos and instead got 3 Big Freakin Burritos. People need to listen more closely to customer order.

11/01/2022 Tuesday 2115 cst. Went thru drive thru and there were no lights on drive thru menu. No outside lights on. Dining room looked closed but I didn't check .

Went to this location around 11:00 AM it was not busy at all ordered a BOB and there was no sour cream inside of my burrito how hard is it to make that burrito. It was tasteless and cold and I stay like five minutes away from that location so I had to warm it up and it still wasn?t good I used to love to go to this location but here lately the food has not been good most of the time the ground beef is too salty today I couldn?t even taste anything I guess I will have to stop coming to this location they need to bring back Undercover boss so they can do one on this location. And I noticed on all the reviews that are good or bad the manager never responds to these reviews so I guess they don?t care. What I called today?s order wasted calories and wasted money and I don?t like to do neither ??

The last few times I had went to other locations the food just wasn?t very fresh and didn?t taste good. I have not visited Bueno in quite sometime. We are on vacation and I just happened to see bueno and think I?ll give it another shot. Glad I did! The food was fresh and tasted great.

Will not visit this Taco Bueno again. Today again my order was missing items when I got home. I know should have ck 'd before leaving . In my defense there was no other cars waiting in line before or after me. Should 've taken the hint. This Bueno is no Bueno! Has been going downhill for about a year. When I tried to call for 3 hours, the phone was always busy. No more ??
