However beautiful the glass that makes you space during lunch especially on the restful lake of Bomba, as equally spectacular the taste of the wise cuisine with the typical products of the place: the sagne , the meat in every way handy the must for me are the preparations of pork), the mushrooms but also the local black truffles, the carps and the local fishes, excellent and abundant ravioli with salmon and shrimps and the pizza according to sketches Promoted with Kitsch...
During the stay we went to the restaurant for a dinner . Very welcome staff . Good quality with honest prices. We had a great time.
The score of this review is based on the fact that at the time of the account, and I stress at the moment, we were denied the possibility to pay with the ATM. Provided that the Italian legislation should have made the pos mandatory and however the irreliability of payments greater than 30 euros through the cards, in a restaurant of this type, of a size from more than 100 covers, as it is possible not to have a pos. A couple who had no liquids had to go to pick up, to note that the restaurant is not near a bank and therefore obligatoryly had to take the car. If there had been a giant sign at the entrance of the club, we could definitely make a more weighted choice if we enter or turn elsewhere. The score is poor and not bad only because the kitchen on the contrary was good, nothing to say perhaps a bowl with too much sauce but nothing particularly serious, so doing an average between the kitchen and the service I would say that two out of five are all there.
Although the pizza turns out to be pleasant, so a mini compliment to pizzaiolo, the context is really embarrassing. I asked for an heron pizza and after I was told that the porcini mushrooms were not there, I waited anxiously for the pizza, which (despite all) shortly after arrives, with other 2 ingredients less (breakfast and shrimp), hearing me say: we did not forget about his pizza, it is that we did in our way ... Without even asking me if instead of a pizza with: rocket, shrimp, porcini mushrooms, and mozzarella, I wanted one with mushrooms champignon and truffle sauce (the one then really served). I am a gentleman and I ate silently.... But the review is bad, never again...
Wonderful location in the midst of the green nature of these places, in the center of a state-of-the-art tourist complex almost peak on Lake Bomba (CH) I discovered together with friends this restaurant... I stopped 3 days enjoying and enjoying all the varied traditional cuisine of Abruzzo sipping the wines of this fantastic land produced by the farm Cirelli. From spaghetti to the guitar seasoned with plenty of local ragù and typical cheese grated to the arrosticini, to the lamb to the meatballs to the legumes to the condiments to the sweets all strictly local. After having filled body and spirit I can well quote Gabriele D'Annunzio: ...I knew, after seeing and knowing the Abruzzo, I say: Abruzzo Forte and Gentile .
