Zabaleta - San Sebastian

The tortilla is so good here that they make it and sell it to other cafes around San Sebastian. The coffee is good and strong. Try the meatballs too.

Small, simple bar with outside tables and a few along one wall in the bar. We were recommended to go for the tortilla and it didn't disappoint. Also easy to order with very limited Spanish : Struck us as a place for a stop on a bar/pinxtos tour rather than one to spend the whole evening at.

Super helpful staff, delicious food and managed to eat well here as a coeliac. Found this place as a highly rated bar for Spanish Pintxos and tapas. Tortilla didn't disappoint!

Me dijeron que era la mejor tortilla de patata que hay, y tal vez sea por la expectativa, pero no me lo ha parecido. Supongo que será cuestión de gustos. Lo cierto es que está riquísima, y el precio es adecuado. El local tiene pocas mesas dentro, pero la terraza está cerrada y tiene estufas, no hemos pasado frío. La camarera ha sido muy agradable, y el ambiente muy acogedor. Recomiendo al 100% acercarse a probar esta tortilla deliciosa!

Muy bien en general. Me esperaba un poquito más del vermouth preparado pero los calamares excelentes.
