The Lot City Center - San Ramon

The food arrived before our water and drinks, and we had to ask a busser to bring us the drinks that had been sitting at the bar for at least 10 minutes. No one ever returned to check on us. We could have walked out without paying, but we're honest people. The service was atrocious throughout our visit. Everyone else in the restaurant seemed to be waiting for drinks, service, and food as well. With three bartenders just standing around doing nothing, it's clear that staff management needs serious reconsideration. We won't be returning.

The customer service leaves much to be desired, especially in the movie auditoriums. Nine times out of ten, food orders (sometimes just a drink) take over an hour to arrive during the movie. The ticket prices are steep, particularly considering the poor service, subpar food, and the unkempt carpets and bathroom floors. If you can spare some time and are willing to drive a few extra miles, I would recommend going to Walnut Creek or Dublin for your movie outings instead. You’ll save money and enjoy cleaner, more comfortable seating.

While it isn't exactly an inexpensive option for watching a movie, the theater is clean, comfortable, calm, and feels safe. The cinema itself deserves a solid five stars, but the food service—something I’m still getting used to at movie theaters—left much to be desired. We were provided only one napkin for our shared flatbread, and our sodas arrived 20-30 minutes after the food. However, the flatbread was delicious. The most frustrating part was the four pre-teen girls sitting in front of us, who spent most of the movie taking selfies with their phones. Their flash went off at least 50 times, which was quite distracting. Despite the drawbacks, I would still consider going back.

I like the atmosphere, not very crowded, would ask to add more food on the menu. I have the impossible burger, it was okay, another burger, I didn’t eat until it was cold. Overall, very good.

We love the space and that large tables. The service here is always good and the drinks are always on point! Food is almost always like warm at best esp entrees. But the service is so good we generally let it go. It's the same deal in the movie theatre with the food temps so no reason to think that will change out here and it doesn't.
