Ramen Hiroshi San Ramon

Went on a Friday night, place is packed and took a long time, around 10 minutes before the server took our orders and another 20 minutes before they were served. . Tried the Hiroshi Tonkutso Ramen-low sodium and the broth is not that flavorful. Tantanmen ramen is not that spicy .

Amazing and unique ramen with amazing service! I sat outside (the outdoor seating is great, by the way) and the waiter was so sweet. He seemed so enthusiastic to be working there and helping us out. I got the summer special cold ramen with pork, per our waiter's suggestion, and I was pleasantly surprised. I've never had cold ramen before, but this was bursting with flavors and texture. The sauce seemed almost sesame-like, and the bit of mustard on the side was like wasabi- it added another level to the flavor.The toppings were great and fresh- I especially liked the bamboo shoots and bean sprouts. The pork was flavorful as well. Food came out at a reasonable pace, and the ambiance overall was great. A little on the pricier side, but that's too be expected from a city center restaurant. Overall, delicious and worthwhile.

Order was very late, food was cold, Grubhub support was responsive but not helpful.

I had an awful experience, they were extremely rude.

I had chicken salt broth ramen here, and I thought it was better than some of the other ramen places in the bay area. I don;t know why it's below 4 stars. I also really enjoyed their nankotsu? fried cartilage and lotus root chips.
