Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - San Ramon

Great service. Quick and accurate order. No self yet, but they serve you exactly as you would serve yourself.

Normally I love this place, but don't use them for door dash. I just spent $20 to get 1/4 cup of frozen yogurt. Then found out they ran out of the flavor I wanted, so instead of telling me that, they gave me the very last of the watery yogurt that filled 1/4 a cup and thought that was acceptable.

This place has the best funnel cake. Located in south loop, a hidden gem. We had funnel cake sunday. I must say the funnel cake was the best ever I had. They r also known for the fried oreos. Would go back again.

For a first time yogurt creation noob I took quite a while deciding on what to put in my yogurt cup. I wish there were some sort of guide to popular creations. Still I wound up making something pretty tasty that had lots of layers. That's one thing I like about this place. They charge by weight so it doesn't matter what you put in your creation unless you like lead weights in your froyo I guess.

Told them the fresh pineapple they had out was bad. It was clearly rotten, brown and slimy looking. The girl replaced it but poured the bad stuff on top of the fresh pineapple they just brought out. Then when I said something they argued that it was fresh. Maybe if there's was at least one adult working instead of a bunch of teens they would be able to recognize bad fruit....
