Kfc - San Ramon

My family and I visited the KFC in San Ramon last Monday to order our meal at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, we encountered very rude and unprofessional employees. The person taking our order seemed angry and we were hesitant to even order drinks. The way they spoke to us left a bad impression on my kids and we will not be returning to eat at KFC again. Additionally, the food we received was not up to par.

I ordered a 12-piece family meal extra crispy, and 75% of the pieces were extremely dry. Some were almost as tough as leather. It is too far for me to drive back, so I will not be returning for a while. This happened on August 1st, 2022 at 4:30 PM. Perhaps it is best to avoid this time in the future. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with the food at this restaurant. I ordered chicken sandwiches and chicken fillets, but most of the sandwiches were not cooked properly. Additionally, my order included two bags of fries that were not packed with my order. Unfortunately, I was unable to return to address these issues as I had other commitments to attend to. I will not be ordering from this restaurant in the future.

Old meat and did not get the meat I ordered. The popcorn chicken was extremely disappointing looked like items from the bottom of the basket, all of it were tiny and few were just crumbs no chicken. Refer to the picture below, once again more than 50% was residual pieces.

Last Monday we came to the KFC in San Ramon to order a meal in a drive-thru and the employees were very rude, rude, and unprofessional. She angrily took our food order, we were afraid to even order drinks, and my kids ask me why talking to us like that was such a bad experience at KFC. This was the last time we come to eat at KFC. And also the food was horrible.
