Frozen Caffe is my favorite spot whenever I'm craving crepes or ice cream! I always order the ice-cream sandwich with pralines, and occasionally I dip it in chocolate. The customer service at Frozen Caffe is excellent! I always head there to satisfy my cravings.
This place is one of the few remaining spots that offers excellent customer service. The staff are attentive and helpful. The flavors are fantastic, and my favorite is the Hawaiian shave ice!
