This place is terrible. The loco moco had thin frozen patties, my eggs were overcooked, and the teriyaki chicken wasn't even prepared with sauce. It was also overpriced.
The prices are too high for the portion sizes, and I paid $21 for BBQ beef. I won't be returning.
Tucked away in the shadow of the well-known restaurant Sol is this charming little spot. Due to the pandemic, all orders are to-go, so it's a good idea to call ahead to minimize your wait time. My favorite dish is the Hawaiian BBQ chicken. It's delicious yet straightforward, featuring chicken, white rice, and a side. I do wish they offered a healthier Hawaiian version of the dish, perhaps with brown rice and a simple salad or some steamed vegetables or seaweed instead of the traditional macaroni salad. It's a long shot, but it would make me feel better about dining there more frequently.
Good afternoon family! As you know I am a delivery driver and I try to go to new places I haven't been before. So on this day I was in San Raphael and it was finally able to go on my lunch when I stumbled across this Hawaiian good place. I was greeted by a nice young woman who took my order which took almost 15 min. I ordered their BBQ chicken lunch plate, the chicken was juicy, not too salty, the macaroni salad we very good to and the rice was perfect.
