I love Chipotle's food but I just had the worst online order experience.

I really enjoy Chipotle! However, they do not offer the option to add the spicy chipotle sauce on the DoorDash app. So I called them to request it, but the girl was unhelpful and rude. To make matters worse, when my order was delivered, I received brown beans instead of black beans. I am extremely disappointed, especially since I love Chipotle's food.

I ordered online and arrived at the specified time, but unfortunately my order was not ready. When I informed the staff that I was there for my online order, they seemed disinterested in addressing the issue. Instead, they served three people who arrived after me and placed their orders on the table. I would have preferred to wait in line and place my order in person. Overall, it was not the experience I had hoped for.
