フィードバックを提供するThey go there when long drive-thru line are only told to drag to the side for another 5 minutes to wait on my food, so they can pretend to be the customers as fast as the company wants them when they do the exact opposite. corporate has set it up so that they serve the customer in a timely way, but this place does not want to work as hard as carpet they would also like so that they get their own pace and their own rules then cheat and lie to cover it. that is the exact opposite of their customer service. kudos, who appears with the game plan. No matter what time of day it is when they pass this place, there are countless cars parked by strange places on the parking space waiting for them to eat. do I need ketchup or kondiments? These people are not even smart enough to bring some of them with them, only for the case and even if they tell them in the drive-thru window, it has still not happened. I tend to see the person who is manager on the afternoon and the evening. I actually started to go to the house and watched their bad employment to several different employees too. I think this place was better when they get rid of those who are angry.
Fantastic people and very clean seating. the personal is very attentive. the manager (sebastián) even took the time to walk around and greet the guests asking if everything was good. they offer masks for those who should drop their on the floor, like my father.) eating was freshly cooked. they also have a few self-ordering kiosks and table service. we ate at many mcdonalds, but that was by far the best experience we had. very recommended and we will be back in the opposite.
This restaurant had extremely slow and disorganized service. I visited this morning and was told to park and wait after I paid. I waited there for some time because other customers had to park one by one after they paid. This was very unusual. Not only did I have to wait a long time to receive my food, but when I finally got it, I could see that my hashbrown was crushed inside the bag. I didn't have time to go back to the restaurant, so I just took what I had. I can't believe they gave me a damaged hashbrown. The service was very poor.
Hey, they only filled it halfway, don't they need to stop being so stingy?
