I am a takeaway driver, the customer ordered combo food, including drinks, but the waiter deliberately did not give it, so I have to double check the food they give, so I give them a bad review

Ordered a Chicken sandwich and the chicken was dry. The only good things about it is the bread and the pickles. Employees don?t acknowledge you when you walk in (even with multiple eyes looking at you). I stood there figuring out who?s going to help me.The older woman was giving rude vibes.

I had a frustrating experience with my recent DoorDash order. They forgot three of my side items, and despite calling three times, I couldn’t get through, so I ended up having to drive to the restaurant myself. When I arrived, Kristopher Ordoñez, who claimed to be in charge, refused to give me a large red beans and rice as compensation for my time and gas, saying I should contact DoorDash instead. However, DoorDash didn’t prepare my order; it was the restaurant's mistake. I showed him my receipt, which now meant he had my address, and that made me uncomfortable. When I asked for his supervisor's name, he refused to give it to me and was quite rude. I told him he was being confrontational, and I wasn't going to engage with that. Overall, I left feeling disrespected and ignored, and I won't be returning to this restaurant.

Consistently excellent. The tall woman who attended to me was amazing and extremely friendly. I have concerns that she and the rest of your staff may not be receiving a living wage. Please do better.

The food was excellent, but the service was painfully slow. It took me 30 minutes to get through a line of just seven cars, with each one taking about 4 to 5 minutes. I found myself having to repeat my order several times. I ordered a spicy sandwich meal without pickles and with extra sauce, mac n' cheese, and a Sprite, and thankfully everything was correct when it arrived. However, I have to give the atmosphere just one star. The line ran right in the middle of the road, and the staff seemed to rush me even though they were moving at a glacial pace.
