The Plaza Urquiza is the best place in Tucuman, also for a restaurant... the Belfast has a large terrace next to the street that is quite common... I prefer the interior without the smell and pollution of the traffic waiting on the traffic lights. They offer a wide range of beer and wines and typical dishes. The quality is good as the service and you can pay with VISA credit card. Interesting: You have a small shop in the same street where you can buy wines, drinks and some dishes even for home service.
