Estoril Y Murasaki San Miguel De Allende

Delicioso el restaurante, tanto como la comida de Estoril y Murasaki. Excelente servicio y muy recomendable

Last month me and my family went to visit San Miguel de Allende and we had a reservation at some buffet called Fonda buffet . Biggest mistake I made on our vacation. It was lunch and they had about 6 chafer dishes with hardly any food in them. We went up to front desk and asked if they were going to fill up food again and they said they didn’t have enough cooks. We ended up eating leftovers salad and gelatin. After being very disappointed and waiting for 45 minutes to see if they would fill up station, we decided to talk to the owner. After speaking with the owner she replied, “ I already said sorry what else do u want me to do”? We told her that it was very unprofessional not to have food when we had reserved for 14 people. We ended up paying 110$ dollars for bad service and no food. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If the owners attitude would of been understanding and truly appolagetic it would of made a difference. I give them zero starz

La hostess Montserrat nos atendió muy bien durante toda la noche. Básicamente, salvó gran parte de la velada.
