Sakura Sushi Steak Hot Pot - San Marcos

Great place for our jubilee dinner. service is top-notch and our waiter was patient and explains everything well for our first hot pot experience. they also have a big screen so they can sneak the look at the game. broth was amazing and full of taste. the portions are plentiful and qualitatiw high quality ingredients. totally recommended.

I just want to say that our server was really friendly. on the other side, it was terrible to eat. crispy calamari and gyozas were in order, the rice had a lot soy sauce and the garnel in it tasted bad. we ordered dessert to give them a chance that bananentempura some bananas were fresh, and the others were really old) and the roasted ice? there was no ice. we did not come back definitiw, I had never paid $20 per person for bad eating. pd: toilets were disgusting.

This is one of the best sushi cities in san marcos and south texas. they have great menu options, such as a buffet with sushi, a suppen bowl or a barbecue. all 3 options are great. eating is delicious and always satisfying. I love coming here and not stopping. the sushi is the actual starving.

I came here for the hot pot. the sushi is in order and I never made the Hibachi grill here. I was here a handful of times and enjoyed the hot pot every time. I can't say how much I really enjoy this place and I went out of that to get from the north side of austin, just for eating. I really enjoy a hot pot and this is one of the better places I found this side of an Asian country.

I have been here twice now and this is the most budget friendly all you can eat sushi restaurant. They have the typical rolls on the conveyor that you can grab immediately. Watch for kids that touch the plate but don't take it. Appetizers made in small portions which is perfect to taste. I really liked the fried crab roll. Other specialty rolls can be ordered off the menu. Some are an upcharge like the spider roll. All the sauces and napkins are on the table. I didn't understand why they are stingy with Wasabi? The first time I had to ask for it. The second time we had to ask several times. When the waiter finally brought it out it was barely a couple of dots. Dessert was disappointing. The ice cream was rock hard and had a weird texture. Overall I get plenty of food for the price will be back soon.
