Red Lobster - San Marcos

A pleasant place for dinner, somehow there is no wow effect, but the food and service is good. This restaurant is more family restaurant. The staff was very attentive and polite. We ordered handmade Calamari, they were soft, but I thought there was too much bread. We also tried the Ultimate Festival, it was a large part. The seafood was well prepared.

Welcome. It didn't take long to sit. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were clean. Sitted on week night and had the daily special of Wednesday, which was steak and lobster. Had lunch there, most of us got the endless shrimps. It was delicious!

Took my daughter out for special occassion. That quickly changed. I used to love Red Lobster but that quickly changed after visiting the San Marcos location. The food was very bland, portions very small, and very overpriced for what we got. $100 for some of the worst food I ever had. I exected better from a restaurant specializing in seafood. Ive gotten better fish from Long John Silvers.
