Mochi Ramen - San Marcos

Great food! Love it! Crab Puffs from next door also has good food.

Tonkotsu Ramen is ok, but pork broth is too salty and chashu pork is way too sweet. Still probably the best in San Marcos, but if you like Ramen and know what real ramen is you will be disappointed.

I visited Mochi Ramen a few weeks ago and was hoping it was exactly what the name of the restaurant sounds like,and it indeed was exactly what I was craving! I got basic ramen noodles added with a few veggies. I like that you order your food and then they deliver it to your table. It has a nice,quiet,comfortable setting. It's a good place to enjoy some soothing,healthy food. The staff was real nice,too. The menu was a little hard to understand at first, but their staff was more than willing to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. Thanks for the selection and bringing healthy food to San Marcos!

This place was really good. I tried the classic ramen and it was very tasty and filling. It's an order at the counter style and then they bring it out to you. Pretty small place but clean and helpful/friendly staff. For around $10 per meal it was a good value.

Ramen was good. Added extra egg, mushrooms, bamboo shoots. Gyoza was ok too. Since this is the only ramen place between New Braunfels and Austin then I'll definitely eat here again.
