They put an extra nugget in my 10 piece AND my 20 piece : and the zumbo sauce is good

The drive thru is the worst. They take orders from one of the lines and forget the main line. Random orders appear on our screen from the other line. Approximately 5 cars ordered on one line while only one car ordered on our line. Thanks to Robert W. Hope, our nuggies are not cold. Update: Zoe came out to give us our nuggies and they were delicious and warm.

Long long line. They need a different setup. Like maybe have one person just focus on Uber and doordash pickups so we can be able to do our jobs as well.

Had me and my kids 40mins on the Drive-thru. Made us wait 12min more for a Chicken crisp,y sandwhich, when they finally gave it to us the sandwhich it’s burnt the bread and chicken and without the pickles, no sauce for the nuggets realized it until we got home. The worst service, attention and bad quality food for what they charge! Very disappointed. Oh, and tell your employees that a smile can do wonders. (Grouchy employees)

I’ve been here twice and both times, after waiting in a line for nearly 20 mins, I was turned away for some sort of issue. I get that stuff happens but have the decency to send someone out to tell everyone that’s waiting that they aren’t going to be served. Rather than wasting peoples time because you’re too lazy to walk 40ft outside. The second time I ordered online and paid then was still told they weren’t going to serve me and that I could ask for a refund. Just terribly managed facility.
