Ahi Sushi Grill - San Marcos

My new favorite place. We all have a few places to compare Ahi Sushi Grill. This place is as good as anyone, and better than most, unless I missed something. Great value too. Super friendly staff. Talking and engaged if you want. Very recommended. Update, we've been with groups of 6, 7. Super fast lunch service.

Their Cherry Blossom Roll is probably the best roll I 've ever had in my life. I 've bought at least 20 of these in the past year alone. Only thing that 's missing to make it my exclusive sushi spot is 'Umami Oil Salmon '

This place was amazing. While looking at their menu, their sushi chef asked me what I was in the mood for, whether I wanted something spicy or not, whether I wanted something fresh or hot, and then he proceeded to create an absolute masterpiece! He didn?t even have a name for it. It was a roll with tuna on the top, eel sauce, sesame oil, and more spread on it! Then he seared it with his torch and served it to me all within less than 3 minutes. The price was perfect for the quality of food that you receive! The spicy tuna roll I got on the side was also delicious! Don?t miss out on this place! We finally found a great place to eat in Escondido area. The food was great and the prices were better than reasonable for a Sushi place. They offer 50% off on the most popular dishes and the portions are big. My daughter loved the soup and my son enjoyed the orange chicken bowl. We are definitely going back.
