Chipotle Mexican Grill

It's a large franchise with a clean environment, delicious food, and friendly staff. I've enjoyed it so much that I often order online through their app. My orders are always accurate and arrive on time. If you enjoy Chipotle, this place is fantastic!

I believe Chipotle often faces a lot of pressure and can sometimes be overlooked. I want to remind everyone that they truly care about meeting your expectations. Everyone is doing their best. Chipotle's food is delicious!

I went there around 8:30 PM, and it was chaotic! They were out of many items on the menu.

The restaurant consistently runs out of ingredients, and the staff appears just as frustrated as the customers. It really needs new management urgently. I've had a negative experience here about three out of four times. Update: It just keeps getting worse! I've given them plenty of chances, but it seems like the owner doesn't mind the bad reviews. I tried ordering for pickup today, and although it was promised for 11:00, it wasn't ready until 12:20. On top of that, they forgot the salad dressing, which was the missing item of the day. They should just close down already.

I arrived at the restaurant at 7 PM, only to find that they were out of tomatoes, guacamole, and chips. I was somewhat warned about this beforehand. When it came time to place my order, the cashier spoke so quickly that I struggled to understand her and she didn’t really assist me with the ordering process. It almost felt like she was on something, as her speed was just unbelievable. Having worked in customer service and managed restaurants myself, I found her demeanor to be quite disappointing. Even on my busiest days, I strive to maintain a better attitude while serving. I genuinely hope the staff can improve and elevate their service.
