Starbucks - San Leandro

Great place for a coffee break ?. Order ahead and your order will be ready when you walk in, skipping the line. My kids loves their hot coco and banana bread with walnuts.

The employees on 11/12 between the times of 12pm-1pm were the most rude and disrespectful group of people . They ignored that I was standing in front of te counter for the past 10 mins. They had more than 5 people behind the counter just talking and not working. Please do better with your customer service.

Starbucks is very good. Busy but my mobile order was ready by the time I got there.

Very Busy location with great employees be patient with them and please hire more support however keep up the good work guys

Got a cup of brewed coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee was not even warm. I requested a new cup and they said they have to brew a new batch. I did wait and get a fresh cup of coffee. I left the place with confidence that it will be hot. On the way I had the drink and it tasted like hot water. I should have just taken a refund instead.
