Good place! The popcorn chicken was nice and crunchy, the oreo slushie was blended to perfection, the single tea egg was well, just an egg, AND they serve ramen! I was however, a little disappointed when I ordered the udon on their menu only to be told they don't serve udon noodles. WHAT. Also their curry is apparently really good as I keep hearing that they sell out. Must try next time I'm in the area.

The best ramen I have had ever!!! The broth is super flavorful and they soft boil the eggs! I have been to authentic Japanese restaurants that fail to cook the egg properly so it 's a real plus. Apparently soft boiling eggs is super difficult! A would eat again and definitely recommending this place to my friends.

Customer service is HORRIBLE !!! ???????????? I ordered this drink two days ago. I didn 't say I wanted it hot. It came hot. It 's very normal, right? Cause the picture shows it is hot. OK, so... today, I came here and ordered the same drink again. I pointed at the picture and said I want that. However, it was cold when it came out. I talked to the staff and she said, Oh, you didn 't say so. It comes like that. All drinks are cold if you don 't say you want it hot. And... thestaff refused to change it for me. ????

I really love their foods and drinks. The best are these: M8, M7, Black Tea Oreo, Matcha with Redbeans. The best to go foods are popcorn chicken and takoyaki. I'm just very disappointed with the customer service. So learn from my experience, order ahead either from call or online and PAY RIGHT AWAY! Or else it's nonsense to make the order because you have to still fall in line even your order is just sitting right next to the cashier. Having a prepaid pick upcounter is useless! Very frustrating. Also, I ordered m8 they gave m7. So let them repeat your order and also like any other department stores, they charge 10 cents for the plastic bag.

This is my to go place , staff is always nice and friendly . Service is in timely manner , they get really busy !!
