Our second time at Carli’s. Food was not quite as good as the first time. My wife ordered the risotto and that was excellent. My dish, the 1/2 rack of lamb was also excellent. What didn’t measure up were the appetizers. The Barada and tomato salad was fair at best. Tomatoes were small, cherry tomatoes that were unexceptional and the greens were collard or kale leaves rather than basil. The Australian mussels, were flavorful, but tough.
