Best pub in Old San Juan. Ask for Percy, best bar tender in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Just old-school personality and professionalism. Polite, but firm enforcement of covid requirements and bar etiquette. I've been a bartender for over 20 years, and I could never hope to do it as well as they do here. Really.
Beautiful restaurant and delicious food. Everyone loved what they ordered and the portion sizes were big.
