The BEST Italian food in the world!! And yes it's in San Juan, PR. If you're ever staying in Santurce/ocean park you have to stop in to see Luigi! The food and the hospitality are the best I've ever encountered. It's not just good food, it's an enriching experience. Thanks Luigi!! Your restaurant and generosity (and tiramisu) made our honeymoon!
