Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - San Juan

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The shrimp was cold and some were hard. I started cramping and sweating, and ended up spending a lot of time in the restroom. I was vomiting and still feel nauseous. The food wasn't fresh at all. This happened today before 3:00 pm at the San Juan location. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely rude and provide the worst customer service. There is a man who yells at customers and the service is as slow as can be. I experienced food poisoning here and felt horrible, needing medical assistance. I will not be returning and recommend others to go elsewhere. If possible, I would give this place zero stars. It should be shut down.

Our food was very well prepared and they gave it to us warm. This way it tastes better. I recommend these establishments.Because they also have promotions.Thank you Blessings

Food is good, but the portions aren’t so great. If you want the mac and cheese, definitely get the large cause the “regular” is really small. Small like an ice cream scoop. I also ordered a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich and didn’t get the bacon, I don’t remember seeing cheese either. After a long day, you don’t want to drive back if something is wrong with the order, so park and thoroughly check your food is correct!
