フィードバックを提供するI ordered two spicy Italian sandwiches and had my assistant pick them up. Unfortunately, they were not warm; the salami and pepperoni were cold. I'm very disappointed.
Went there just before closing so many of the items I wanted were gone
I only have 30 minutes for my lunch break, so I always use an app to order food, timing it so that their preparation and my travel time align. It's crucial for the restaurant to update the app when my food is ready, so I can skip the line and head straight to the counter. I understand that this Subway is trying to prevent theft by not placing completed orders on the counter, but they could at least put up a sign to explain that. I wasted 15 minutes waiting for the app to notify me that my sandwich was done, or trying to see if it was available on the counter for pickup. I probably would have waited even longer if the line hadn't dwindled and I was the only customer left. Now my toasted sandwich is only warm, and I have just 5 minutes to eat before I have to clock back in to work.
This location is actually very clean. I came in one night, perhaps 30 mins before they closed and was greeted kindly by Iris. She switched gloves between sandwiches and had a pleasant tone to her voice. Unlike some other workers I have encountered before that just did not want to be bothered with.. at their own job.Thanks to Iris, I have decided to come back to this location in hopes I will see her every time!
The experience was positive overall. The women working there (I’ve never seen a man at that specific counter) are fantastic. They do tend to gossip about customers, but it’s mostly harmless and often complimentary. They’ll discuss how attractive someone is or how cute a dress looks, assuming you don’t understand their language.
