Savory Wraps - San Jose

I visited this restaurant for lunch on a weekday, and the service was quick. Many customers were picking up takeout, likely having placed their orders in advance. The food was excellent—very flavorful without being overly salty.

Ban cuon is a Vietnamese delicacy, much like Pho or Com Tam. Every specialty dish has its go-to restaurant, and for ban cuon, that place is Bac Ninh. Without a doubt, it's the best and most authentic ban cuon in the valley.

I had a pretty good experience overall. The food was excellent and the service was quick. However, I did notice a lack of staff; it felt like some tasks that should be done in the back were being done right next to customers. The atmosphere is more reminiscent of a family-run restaurant, and the staff were a bit chatty. Nonetheless, it was still enjoyable.
