K's Crepes - San Jose

Yesterday I went to here. I got the Columbus Crew and the Penguin. I got it to go. Both of the items was good. I feel like they should add something a little more healthy foods beside sandwiches and salad. The rest of the food on the menu for sweet crepes was main is ice cream and anybody do not want to have ice cream in the winter time. I been here a few time. They should have more of milk option.

Located inside the food court. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had plenty of gluten free options on the menu. The garlic fries were very good.

Excited to see K's Crepes in Oakridge, we went on to order New England sweet crepe which was presented well. Looks great but wasn't awesome or something which can be recommended. Peaches were not so sweet. Overall not so satisfactory taste. May be we have to try the savory ones.

This is the third time I've been here before it opens and have waited for it to open, only to be disappointed that no one showed up to work. A few months ago, a female employee entered the restaurant a few minutes after 11:00 via climbing/sliding over the front counter. She then prepped for opening for several minutes, never engaging with any would-be customers. I'd estimate this place has lost thousands of dollars and countless customers just because they don't open on time. I really wish I could continue to support this small business, but it is not likely.

Ordered on DoorDash 20+ minutes ago. Just received a cancelation notice. No one will answer the phone at this location to answer why. Is it closed? If so WHY was the order allowed to proceed? And why did it take so long to get the notice? We're hungry!!! So frustrated!
