King Eggroll Express - San Jose

I have never had an issue with King Eggroll. We buy from them at least once a month. The lady I dealt with today on Leigh she was very rude. Seemed like I was bothering her phone conversation. Was not being very clear about quantities and prices. I ended up paying $68.00 for 34 eggrolls. Maybe that is the correct price but all I can do is try to calculate on my own as she didn't even give me a receipt. The friendly helpful service I am used to at ALL King Eggroll locations was not what I received today ? very disappointed.

Horrible customer service, I stopped by this place for lunch and the lady at the register was terrible. As it was my turn to order food she answered her personal phone speaking very loudly where she clearly could not have heard what I was trying to order. I asked her for 2 shrimp balls and she gives me 3. I ask for 2 egg rolls and she was trying to give me 3 as well. I then ask her for extra sweet and sour sauce and she says “there is no more and throws in siracha sauce” without me even wanting any. I would give this place an ZERO star if I could. Definitely not coming back to this place ?.

Service was awful, no one came to serve food for over 5 minutes while there was a line. The lady who came it was rude and was angry, all while answering 2 phone calls. Will not be coming here again.
