To make excellent BBQ, it takes a lot of care and attention. This BBQ is good: the chicken and ribs were tender, the brisket was a little dry but still tender. No smoke ring on the meats to indicate excellent technique. The beans weren't my favorite (tasted too much like ketchup) and the potato salad was a little mushed. The portion of meat was generous, but was resting in a pool of sauce; I prefer sauce on the side so there is a choice on how much to apply to whichever meat I choose.
This place has amazing bbq. True wood smoke pit. Ribs, fall off the bone, chicken amazing flavor. Nice bark on the Brisket. Tried some different lunch combinations and they were all excellent.
Solid 4 star BBQ. Sweet where it should be sweet, tasty Flavours on ALL the meats. Chicken is really good. Beans need work but edible. We have 3 lunch plates to go so next time it gonna be sit down there so Hot off the grill....
