Erik's Delicafé - San Jose

This place is great. The food is good and the customer service is phenomenal. Gerardo is always so polite and makes great suggestions. I go here way more than I probably should during the week. 10/10 would recommend.

A place like Erik's is a rarity nowadays! It's easy to pick healthy options and have a lunch you feel good about, and the staff are FAST and super nice and thoughtful. Everything I love about a grab-n-go lunch spot. I've come here over ten times and will eat it over any fast food lunch spot any day.

This is a clean and well-maintained restaurant with fresh sandwiches. The service is excellent as well. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend this place.

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the manager is incredible—he offers excellent customer service. The food is outstanding! They have a wonderful selection of healthy options that are perfect for our New Year's resolutions.

I ordered the Baja Fiesta salad and found it to be a disappointment. It seemed like it had been prepared ahead of time and was stale overall. The tortilla strips were tough instead of crispy, and the shredded cheddar was dry and hardened. The vegetables tasted bland and had a slightly bitter note. Overall, I was very let down.
