District - San Jose

I was in search of a late-night dining option and this was the only place that offered good quality restaurant food. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken wings and fries, and their dipping sauces are absolutely fantastic. In fact, I believe their food is among the best I've had. The staff was very accommodating, and I really appreciated the ambiance, which has a charming rustic vibe.

I visited this restaurant after work with a large group, and we shared a variety of happy hour appetizers and pizzas. It seemed like it took a while for our drinks to arrive, possibly due to the size of our table. The fried risotto ball was definitely the standout appetizer on the menu! The deviled eggs, oysters, French fries, and Brussels sprouts were all just average. The most unique pizza featured a seafood and chorizo combination, which offered a great mix of flavors. My coworkers also enjoyed the chicken sausage pizza. For dessert, we tried the chocolate mousse pot, and the highlight of that dish was the toasted marshmallow on top.

If you're ever in downtown San Jose and looking for a good place to have a meal then you have to check this place out. The atmosphere is open and the restaurant is nicely decorated. They also have a good selection of bar food which is reasonably priced. First we had the ceviche mixto which was very flavorful and fresh. Then came the grilled steak which was nicely cooked and moist. The burger was also done right. Lastly we had the beignets to end the meal. All of the dishes hit the spot! If you're also in a mood for a cocktail they have a full bar. While here we ordered classic drinks that weren't on the menu and they were spot on!

Co-workers took me out for my last day at work here, food was awesome and service was great. The outdoor ambience was superb/good weather.

I visited this restaurant during their happy hour, and I was really impressed with the drinks—they were fantastic! I also tried the deviled eggs, which were absolutely delicious. The service was prompt, and our server was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to sample more drinks and happy hour snacks.
