Chaat Cafe - San Jose

There was a big hair found in a samosa and the rest of the food had to throw! It was a horrible experience. How could they be so irresponsible about hygiene?? Please be careful about this !!

Best indian snacks place in san jose. Quantity is just awesome. Samosa chaat and chole bathure is must try. Update removed one star from the original review as i went again their the taste was not that great.

I normally dont stray from my usual Indian food spot... But I did because doordash had this special and I was craving... However it just made me miss Naan N Curry more because there is a BIG difference in taste for sure! Not as Flavorful, in fact... not much at all... However I'm giving the stars for effort....

Friday evening takeout: 1. Ordered paneer pakora, pani puri, samosa chaat and chicken biryani. 2. Paneer pakora(it?s okay), Pani puri(good, could be better, samosa chaat(very good), chicken biryani(I wouldn?t call it that, it?s well cooked chicken and rice. I?d skip buying it, if I was in the mood for biryani. Also, the chicken is very good in both quantity and quality). 3. Service was very quick and good. Nice hospitality.

Great authentic and delicious food. My favourite items on their menu are their chicken curry and garlic naan.
